As a rampant foodie with a passion for homemade foods, Joanne uses her 30+ years of knowledge, experience and unique take on life to teach new skills to those seeking to further enrich their lives. These include teaching the art of Cheese Making, Energy Efficient Thermal / Heat Retention Cooking, Sugar-Free Preserving, Fermented Foods, and Natural Soap Making. Our Cheesemaking workshops are informative and entertaining. Packed with practical know-how, Joanne will help you learn the skills required to make your own cheese – no experience needed. Cost includes workshop and post-class Charcuterie and champagne with Jo at Heritage Estate Wines. All tickets $75.
