Every month we say “thanks” to our members with a celebration of fine food, desserts and drinks in the cooler weather, seated on Queensland’s FIRST Parliamentary Table (circa 1859), by the roaring fires. From Amuse-bouche (bite-sized hors d’œuvres), through seafood and game courses, to decadent desserts, you’ll find a dinner your family and friends will love. Cover includes champagne on arrival, 6 courses and matching wines.

Pork saltimbocca sage parcel wrapped in prosciutto, vin jus, ballandean garlic balsamic, on celeriac purée
TEMPRANILLO

Rich, slow cooked old vines shiraz & granite belt venison with balsamic heirloom carrots and roasted beetroot, with lemon myrtle gremolata
OLD VINE SHIRAZ

Chilli spiced, dark chocolate gold leafed tart with pomegranate and blood orange coulis & candied segment

The winter fires will put a glow over the landscape that’s been scoured for produce. Frosty days mean warm summer pickings and winter vegetables. The first Heritage Manor Warm Heart Degustation Dinner for 2020 is alive with preserved bounty from the woodlands and pastures, bought together in a fusion of flavour.

Exquisite award winning Halliday wines, with two gold medals and one silver medal is matched with local produce and earthy richness.  The dinner features wild caught venison. Our chef will highlight each enticing ingredient, and take you on a journey of six indulgent courses of mellow seasonal sweetness of the season, contrasted with intensely savoury flavours.

Bus transfers available back to Stanthorpe after the event.
