How do you turn beautiful wines and food into an unforgettable experience?

Heritage Estate’s gourmet “Vine+Dine Journey” starts with a Vineyard Walk & Talk, then in the winery, a Sommelier Wine Discussion, and finally, the chef explains the providence of the produce. Take a glass of our sparkling wine into the vineyard. Interact with the viticulturist who will explain the processes of growing fine wine grapes in the High Country. Experience and delight your senses with our 5-dish/wine experience presented Friday to Monday; on the hour. In the vineyard smell the beautiful roses at the end of the rows. Learn about pruning, the importance of terroir (soil), and the advantages of high altitude, cool climate. Inside, the soaring ceilings, huge fires, and a brilliant cellar door is the setting. Learn about the winery antiques. The sommelier will explain the way the wines were made. The international chef prepares fresh seafood, game meats and local produce. The aromas and flavours will create a memorable experience and enhance your understanding of the nuances of food/wine pairing.

LUNCH: Mezzee Platter

Hot smoked salmon on Witlof (Belgian Endive), smoked trout, prosciutto, salami, hickory ham, italian hard cheeses, stilton, goats cheese, fruit nuts, chocolate with red wine jelly, halva, olives and assorted condiments $33pp.

Bookings are preferred to ensure your platter is available soon after your arrival.

Mezze boards are served with a 5 wine flight of 50mls each, for a small price addition.

What Farm to Table experience is unique in Australia?

Through the Estate cellar doors awaits a world apart where the vines grow and the apple orchard beckons. $150pp all inclusive

With Hors D’Oeuves and glass in hand, take an exciting ride in the ATV, and informative look, as you race down the grape vines, see the apple orchard, stop by the picturesque dam. 

Entree is silver service, in the middle of the vineyard, overlooking the sunset. 

Main Course (alternate drop) in the scrumptious cellar door, with soaring ceilings, candles and OPEN fireplace. 

Work for dessert, in the working winery, taking the bungs off the barrels, smelling the ferments and learning how wine is made from Grape to Glass. 

Finish with a fabulous dessert in the moody barrel room, under the chandelier.

This is a complete and intimate experience of our operating vineyard and winery led by a Heritage family member. We’d love to share our world-class wines with you, as we live and breathe wine.   Your Heritage Estate experience will be as good as it gets with your own family.

  • Seafood chowder of scallop, Emporer fish, prawn & mussel in a cob
  • Wagu sashimi sealed eye fillet, rolled and thinly sliced, with a tempura dipping sauce


MAIN – alternate drop

  • Duck maryland confit, confit pomme noisettes, confit brussel sprouts, confit dutch carrot, cranberry reduction
  • Morrocan crispy skin salmon, roast capsicum puree, mango coulis, asparagus spears, enoki mushrooms

Traditional festivities, include jokes, bon bons, quizzes and singing to the pianola.


Petite Fours – Moonshine Madness (move over Rum) Balls and a small glass of liqueur of your choice.
