Friday:
Stay 2nights amidst the vineyards starting with a fireside dinner featuring seafood, game meats, and expertly paired wines.
Saturday:
Pick your own beautifully ripened grapes, rewarded by breakfast on the terrace. Crush the grapes, press, and blend wine under the guidance of highly awarded winemaker, enjoy a gourmet lunch with estate views. A sommelier-led tasting masterclass refines your palate before the day culminates in a progressive 4course dinner served across stunning estate locations.
Sunday:
Savor a hearty breakfast before field sampling, sugar-PH testing, & understand the science of winemaking. Depart with free bottles of wines. Back at home, monitor your own wines on a dedicated webpage. Later receive your wine bottled to cherish the memories of this unique experience.

Succulent baby octopus lightly charred, delicately paired with flying fish roe, and finished with a silky French cognac-infused sauce. Served in a crisp baby cos lettuce boat for a perfect balance of flavors and textures. - Venison Tataki Cured Gravlax
Seared venison tataki, delicately cured in an Asian-inspired gravlax brine, laid atop toasted Turkish bread and adorned with a vibrant ruby-red cabbage slaw, providing a harmonious contrast of richness and acidity.

A golden-crusted fillet of Tasmanian salmon, encrusted with crushed macadamia nuts, aged Parmesan, and fresh thyme.
