An elegant Shiraz Viognier, made as a traditional co-ferment with 6% Viognier, lightly oaked, cool fermented with extended skin contact.
Decanting will soften this wine’s youth and reward you with silky tannins, lovely sour cherry, white pepper, almond and mulberry, all wrapped in refreshing acidity.
This wine drinks beautifully now or cellar well for an extended period.
