The wine is a reflection of the deep sandy soils and cool climate of the Granite Belt. Dark red fruits dominate the bouquet, with perfume and spice aromas supported by toasty French oak. The palate has a lovely linear spine of fine firm tannins with luscious ripe fruits creating volume. The finish - long and savoury wraps up a wine that will drink nicely over the next decade.
