This Sangiovese enchants with aromas of violet, blackcurrant, white pepper, and caramel. The palate unfolds gracefully with dark cherry, coffee, and hazelnut, balanced by French oak. Its medium body and long finish showcase elegance and complexity, perfect for pairing with hearty dishes or savoring on its own.

The three grapes each contribute: Shiraz (58%) for pepper and spice, Grenache (18%) for fruit (sour cherry) and flavour, and Mouvedrè (24%) for depth and complexity.

Savour the essence of our two-year-old Tempranillo, a medium-bodied red with delightful hints of oak, cherry, and subtle leather. Balanced with gentle acidity, it offers a smooth, elegant finish perfect for any occasion.

Orange marmalade and peach aromas, with a complex palate of brioche, butterscotch, stone fruit, honey and a slightly nutty character.

This wine greets the nose with spicy blood plum and candied violets, crafting an inviting bouquet. The palate reveals layers of plum, dark cherry, raspberry, and subtle liquorice, accented by star anise. Medium tannins and balanced acidity create an elegant structure.

An elegant Shiraz Viognier, made as a traditional co-ferment with 6% Viognier, lightly oaked, cool fermented with extended skin contact.

Rich flavors of dark cherries, ripe plums, cranberry, and subtle hints of tobacco, all perfectly balanced with a touch of chocolate.
