This bright, pure and dry riesling has elegant, fine natural acidity supported by the characteristic minerality of the Granite Belt terroir.

The wonderful scent of a spring breeze before the rain with hints of tropical fruits and flowers delight the nose. Clean, fresh and lightly acidic passionfruit, gooseberry and kiwifruit refresh the palate. This single vineyard, estate grown savagnin is an entrancing wine for warm afternoons and evenings.

Orange marmalade and peach aromas, with a complex palate of brioche, butterscotch, stone fruit, honey and a slightly nutty character.

This is extraordinarily complex wine displaying bitter almond and pear on the nose, supplemented by dried apricot and mysterious spices on the palate.

You will never have a wine like this again and nor will we! Spontaneously fermenting at☃️❄️️4 DEGREES !!! ️☕️⛄️ and then never reaching more than 10 degrees, this is a very unusual Marsanne.    Light and Fresh and yet full of the varietal characteristics of Marsanne.

Light, fresh and clean with aromas of rockmelon with kiwi fruit, pineapple & ruby grapefruit palate. The palate is light and flows beautifully with texture and citrus acidity to balance.
