Estate-grown on our Cottonvale Vineyard in Queensland’s Granite Belt, this small-batch skin-contact Vermentino was fermented in 600L egg-shaped vessels and remained on skins for 60 days, creating a beautifully textured wine.
Aromas of jasmine, mango, and pineapple lead to a layered palate of grapefruit and a subtle hint of white pepper. Bright acidity balances its depth, with a lingering, satisfying mouthfeel that enhances its complexity. Crisp, fresh, and distinctive, this wine highlights the richness of extended skin contact and the unique character of our vineyard.
