Description
The famous Rabbit Fence runs just north of our Cottonvale Vineyard. It is the longest fence in the world starting from the east coast of Queensland and finishing in South Australia. Construction began in the 1800’s and it is still being maintained today. Rabbit Fence is a blend we do year after year. Our vineyard backs onto the famous Rabbit Fence.
Rabbit Fence Red is a blend we make year after year. The 2023 vintage is a blend of 40% Shiraz, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 30% Merlot.
Beautiful primary aromas of blackberry and black currant with savoury notes and creamy oak in support.
The palate is richly textured with lovely fine tannins providing length and structure.
