Terms of Use

We will replace or refund you for any bottle of wine that is damaged, flawed or that the customer finds unsatisfactory. We ask the customer to return the unfinished portion of the original bottle for replacement at your own expense. By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is corked, or flawed. We are also unable to accept the return of wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment, or wine that is ordered in error. Please send an email to admin@granitebeltwines.net.au to arrange for the return of corked or flawed product.

 

Once the wine is received we will refund your credit card account for the cost of the wine less shipping and handling. If the original shipment was damaged or flawed you will receive a full refund, including shipping and handling charges. Please contact the winery cellar door on (07) 4685 2197 for return instructions.

A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all cancelled orders.

Bookings Cancellation Policy:

Please provide notice of cancellation or changes to your booking in
writing (via email). For cancellations made more than 28 days prior to arrival, booking
funds will be refunded less a 20% cancellation fee. For cancellations made more than 7
days prior to arrival, booking funds will be refunded less a 50% cancellation fee. For
cancellations made less than 7 days in advance of arrival, no refund will be given,
however, the reservation may be rescheduled to another equivalent period subject to
availability. Guests are advised to take out comprehensive travel insurance to cater for
any unforeseen circumstances.

Legal Requirements

You must be 18 years of age or older, to order or receive alcoholic beverages from Heritage Estate Wines. Receipt of shipments containing alcoholic beverages requires the signature of a sober adult (a person 18 years of age or older who is not intoxicated). Wines purchased from Heritage Estate Wines via this website are not for resale, and are for personal consumption only.

By accessing or registering on our website, platform and/or marketplace, you acknowledge you are 18 years or older and have read and understood the Terms and Conditions and you agree to be bound by the Terms. If you do not agree to the Terms or have not reached 18 years of age then you must not use our website, platform and/or marketplace. You may only subscribe to or take advantage of promotions and competitions if you are 18 years or over.

Credit Card Charges

Orders are by credit card only. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
All prices are in $AUD.

Minimum Purchase

Minimum purchase is required is 6 Bottles

States Authorized for Direct Shipment

Due to the ever-changing nature of wine shipping laws, we may be able to ship wines, directly or indirectly, to all states. If Heritage Estate Wines is unable to ship directly to your state, we can arrange for the sale and shipment of our products through a third party. Please note, when dealing through a third party, wine prices, discounts, and shipping costs may differ from those quoted by Heritage Estate Wines.

Shipping Costs

All online orders are freight free (Mainland East Coast Australia Only) for 6 bottle or more. Orders must be in Multiples of six eg. 6,12, 18, 24 ect.

Wine is a Delicate Commodity

Wine is a perishable commodity. Wine does not like extremes of temperature: hot humid summer and cold winter weather may adversely affect the condition of your wine during shipment. Heritage Estate Wines is not responsible for, and will not replace wine that is damaged by extreme weather conditions during shipment. When your wine order is picked up by the common carrier for delivery, responsibility for the wine becomes the responsibility of the purchaser.
