Our 960-metre altitude vineyard on the northern Granite Belt significantly extends the ripening period of our Chardonnay grapes, allowing them to develop a spectrum of flavours and aromas whilst maintaining the tight line of acidity so important to the wine’s structure. This blend of 80% unwooded Chardonnay & 20% Verdelho, is pale yellow with a subtle citrus nose, Lighter alcohol at 11%, it is great for warmer weather & goes with Salads, seafood & soft cheeses, from now till 2024.
