Pinot Grigio features a clean, crisp aroma with green apple and lemon zest notes. Its high acidity creates a refreshing, invigorating taste, focusing on lime citrus, with a touch of minerality that adds a subtle depth. The finish is brisk & zesty with mouthwatering texture that leaves the palate feeling refreshed, ideal for light dishes or as an aperitif.
Slightly extended skin contact and cool fermentation resulted in a delirious golden copper colour and a satisfying depth of flavour.
The grapes were grown in Ballandean on Queensland’s Granite Belt.
