Spontaneously fermenting at ☃️❄️️4 DEGREES !!! ️☕️⛄️and then never reaching more than 10 degrees, this is a very unusual Marsanne. Note that white wines normal ferment is 17-18 degrees and only take one week. This marsanne took 3 weeks to ferment, so it should be Slow, Wild & Cold ⛇⋆☃︎࿐ ࿔*:・゚️
